Liam Shuster, 50 in Physics
Hey! My name is Liam, and I graduated from Year 12 in 2020. My aim will be to make you fall in love with, quite simply, the best subject offered in VCE.
Like many, I initially struggled to grasp the concepts and apply my knowledge in this challenging subject, but through some simple ‘hacks’ was able to achieve 100% SAC results the entire year and ultimately, a raw 50 in Physics. This allowed me to achieve a 99.60 ATAR, along with the ADF Future Innovator Award, and study a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Physics, at The University of Melbourne.
Over the course of this lecture series, I will give you unparalleled insight into the “keys” to VCE Physics, so that you too can master every element of the study design. Throughout the 30 lectures you will learn to master the scientific calculator, perfect multiple-choice question strategy, and gain full marks on those pesky worded questions in the end of year exam.
I will help you succeed by helping you understanding this subject to an extent only possible if guided by someone with the expertise of a 50 raw study score.

Lecture 2: Experimental skills
It is important to understand and recognise critical definitions that will pop up frequently in questions relating to experiments.
Everybody’s favourite! Time and time again, students will stumble when asked to evaluate uncertainties in data, but with simple practice, this becomes a seamless task.
Most years, the final examination will contain a question asking you to draw a graph, usually worth at least 5 marks, so it is vital students are comfortable and confident in their techniques for dealing with such.
